Directions for Use:

1. Remove the top cap of the bottle.

2. Extend the nozzle fully until you hear a click.

3. Unscrew the cap with the extended nozzle.

4. Fill the bottle with lukewarm water and screw the cap back on securely.

5. While seated on the toilet, hold the bottle upside down between your legs, aiming at the perineal or hemorrhoid area.

6. Gently squeeze to release water, adjusting pressure as needed.

7. Empty after use, collapse the nozzle, and replace the top cap for storage.

Care Instructions:

· Do not insert the nozzle into the body.

· Always check the water temperature before use.

· Clean the bottle and nozzle regularly with warm, soapy water and allow to dry completely.
