When Bella Baby opened its doors in Galway in 2008, we decided our mission was to provide mums and dads-to-be with easy access to the best brands, the right information, and the best shopping experience possible. Since then, we have grown from strength to strength and opened two more stores - Cork and our first UK store in London. Through our journey our core values have led us to where we are, we are extremely proud of them, some of which are:

WHAT’S INVOLVED IN THE JOB?
- Follow and achieve the store’s sales goals monthly by providing exceptional and personal service to our lovely customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Go the "extra mile” to drive sales and provide the best service for our customers.
- Cross-sell products.
- Handle returns of merchandise.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Prioritizing customer care & offering unparalleled customer service & aftercare.
- Our stores operate between 10am and 7pm Monday to Sunday.

Experience in a customer-focused, one-to-one setting is essential as we do take pride in being the best in what we do. Experience in the nursery industry is not essential as we would love to offer you full training to our exceptional standards.

Since then we have grown from strength to strength and opened 2 more stores in Ireland in Cork & Dundrum, and we opened our very first UK store in London 5 years ago.
Our store operate between 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sundays.
