How to Use:
During Pregnancy (from 34–35 weeks): Supports perineal massage.
After Vaginal Birth: Mist directly onto the perineum or maternity pad for instant soothing.
After Caesarean Section: Once your wound has closed (approx. 6 weeks), use during scar therapy massage to support healing.

Directions:
Mist the sensitive area where you feel discomfort after birth.
Do not spray on open wounds.
Use as often as needed - ideally after each bathroom visit, once the area has been rinsed with clean water.

Top Tip:
For extra cooling relief, pop your Comfort Mist in the fridge for 10 minutes before use! You can also pre-spray maternity pads with Comfort Mist, store them in a freezer bag in the fridge, and have them ready whenever you need extra comfort.
