While we get ready to open the doors to our new Bella Baby store in Terenure, Dublin, Sandra, Sarah and Alanna are still here behind the scenes –  only a phone call away.

Whether you’re comparing travel systems, choosing a car seat, planning your nursery , wondering what you need for your first baby or simply want to chat to experts - we are here for you.

You don’t need to have all the answers before you get in touch. Whether you’re feeling a little overwhelmed by the choices, have a few questions, or simply want to talk things through with someone who understands baby products, our friendly team is here to help. Meet Sandra

Sandra has spent 11 years helping Bella Baby families and brings a wealth of product knowledge and experience to our Dublin team.

Her favourite part of the job is helping parents feel confident and reassured about the choices they’re making, as well as helping us bring all the new exciting products to Bella Baby.

There’s something really special about being able to support families during such an important time, and Sandra loves helping parents find products that will genuinely work for their everyday lives.

Her advice to new parents?

“Trust your instincts. Every family and every baby is different.”

Sandra’s current favourite product is the Cybex Balios S Lux Pushchair. She loves it for it’s compact fold and great suspension, meaning it will take you anywhere you go.

She also loves helping families find products that genuinely suit their everyday lives.

Meet Sarah

Sarah has worked in the baby industry for almost seven years and also previously worked in a crèche.

For Sarah, one of the best parts of the job is the people.

She loves helping expectant parents work out what they actually need – and what they can skip – without adding to the already long list of things they may be thinking about.

She especially loves seeing customers return later to introduce the team to their new arrivals. Those moments are a lovely reminder of why helping families through this exciting journey means so much.

Her advice for first-time parents is:

“Tune out the noise and trust your own instincts.”

Sarah’s current favourites include the BabyBjörn Bouncer, and when she’s not helping customers, apparently she has another very useful skill – she can nap anywhere!

Meet Alanna

Alanna has been working in the baby industry since 2023 and loves being part of such an exciting time in people’s lives.

One of her favourite conversations begins with:

“We’re having our first baby… we don’t know anything!”

And that’s exactly where a friendly conversation can help.

A few simple questions can quickly take away some of that overwhelm. From there, Alanna can talk parents through their options and help them understand the differences between products and brands.

For her, hearing “That was so helpful” or “We feel so much better now” at the end of a conversation is one of the most rewarding parts of the job.

Her advice?

“Everyone is learning day by day. There’s no such thing as a perfect parent.”

Alanna’s current favourite is the Obaby Madison Swivel Glider Recliner Chair, and she’s also a big fan of the Stokke Sleepi Mini V3 Crib.
